Another thing to be wary of is all the free trial scams. The majority of them are only after your credit card number. You can check out the company to at least make sure they are BBB certified with an A or B rating.
Check the Amazon reviews. The great thing about Amazon is you know they will publish any complaints against the product and even suspend the distributors account if there are too many complaints against them. I think this is your best bet here.
